Magcare Social Workers, led by Brooke, are AASW accredited and experienced in working with individuals, families, and groups. They have an expertise in working with mental health and disability.

We provide a wide range of services that are tailored to meet your individual needs. This includes:

* Complex problem solving

* Advocacy services for you and your family to access supports and resolve conflicts

* Mental health education and skills based training - build interpersonal and social skills

* Support through life transitions

* Idenfitying and linking to appropriate service providers that meet your needs. We will support your introduction and transition to providers to ensure that you are comfortable

* Functional Capacity Assessments

* Biopsychosocial Assessments

* Report writing to support and advocate for you in areas such as NDIS plans, housing applications, Centrelink and income.

* Accommodation support

* Career and employment guidance

* Hospital discharge planning

We charge the rates listed in the NDIS Price Arrangements and Price Limits. There are no gap fees or out of pocket costs. The rates charged for NDIS and non NDIS clients are the same.
